My friend has had quite the assortment of vehicles. Several different Mustangs in various years and levels of modification, old school, new school, domestic and a few euro rides.

He works for Mercedes by day and is a co-owner of Kansas City's own House of Boost and this is his daily driver truck aptly named the "Urbanmax"

I've been wanting to shoot this car for sometime and this past weekend I finally got a chance to.

He'd just had his car detailed and it looked FANTASTIC.

I wanted to get out and play with my car the other day since I'd gotten it all cleaned up.

Didn't get too many shots off before the sun was down but here is one I'd like to share.

WOW is usually the first big show of the season here in the midwest and this year some great cars were brought out.

We grabbed lunch and went to the show with our good friends Tracy and John. John had his 71 Corvette in the show which was the 9th off the assembly line when new. Oh did I mention they also own a 01 Z06 and a C6, can't recall the exact year, Z06 in addition?

This car easily stole my heart. I've wanted one for some time and this example was perfect.

Drive to Survive is a car show that was held in honor of Dorian, a great guy who is well respected in the auto community, who had a tragic accident which left him paralyzed from the neck down.

The turn out was awesome and the energy was FANTASTIC.

My good friend Erik, who knows Dorian very well, and I set up this quick "shoot" with two of Dorian's previous cars which made it out to the show. This guy has good taste as you see.

I drove three hours for a meet and all I got were these photos.

I find many times in the automotive community that some people think the key to a good looking car is to "Slam it. Tint it. DONE!" with maybe the addition of some wheels.

My friend Chris thought low wasn't low enough and so he went even lower. More awesome parts are on the way. This car is incredible.

Fast Fridays at KC Trends

This was my first time out but if memory serves correct their ninth event and it looks like I've missed out on some great times previously.

This next car got a lot of attention. Some loved it. Some hated it. But I can pretty much promise that everyone there took notice.

I just LOVE the way these new Jags look.

The storm was rolling in but that didn't stop some of Kansas City's hottest cars from coming out.

My buddy Lance trying to look sexy eating some of the tasty pizza they had up there.

And Mr. Flynn trying to give him a lesson...

This truck was amazingly beautiful.

Lance's son has so much more game than I ever could hope to have.

I wasn't the only photog present.

A ton of great people I know all in one place.

All in all it was a great night and we only saw a tiny bit of rain. Thanks for the good times KC Trends and you'll be seeing me again for the next Fast Fridays!
